With scattered snow in the area recently our thoughts turn to the coming winter. We provide these tips to help minimize your risk to damages from snow, ice and water.

  • Clean debris and fallen leaves from your rain gutters and down spouts. Consider putting screens over the gutters to keep leaves and other debris out. As winter advances and snow or ice builds up damages can result.
  • With early snow and leaves still on some trees. Remove snow and ice from limbs and branches, roofs etc to minimize snow build up. This will help prevent ice damage or collapse of roofs.
  • Winterize your sprinkler systems. This can help prevent frozen pipes and breakage in the lines leading from the house to the sprinkler system.

...we will follow up with additional tips in a few days. If you have questions or need help with water, sewer, smoke or fire damage give us a call. 529-5915 in Idaho Falls area or 237-0114 in the Pocatello area.
