Spring has arrived in Eastern Idaho - so have broken pipes and mold

With April marching on and outside activites starting up. Broken pipes and faucets are showing up. Water damages and floods can be taken care of easily and minimized. Here's how: when turning on outside faucets...let the water run. With water running slowly, go into the house and listen and check for leaks. It takes a few minutes to do this but help catch broken pipes and leaks quicker.
