Eastern Idaho Warming Trend :Water Run off

With warmer temperatures over the week-end of January 15th - 16th, 2011 along with additional rain and snow. Our winter wonderland is melting. Even the streets here in Eastern Idaho we can see pavement again!
As snow melts and runs off keep an eye on window wells, gutter down spout flow and water from neighbors can affecting your home or commerical property. Generally, outside water damages are not covered by home owners insurance...(each case is different).
It's nice to have a break in the cold weather and it's issues. Warm temperatures with addition moisture that's coming, brings new water damage threats...flood damage as well.
