Water Damage - Ice Dams - Spring in Idaho

Eastern Idaho is starting to inch it's way out of winter. Warmer weather and frequent snow flurries are the norm. It's part of spring breaking out.
With constant ups and downs in the weather, the warming and freezing. It's time to watch for melting snow run offs. Rain storms helping to melt snow and then freezing at night can cause. Ice dams on the roof is one example.
Keep an eye out for these conditions on your home or business roof, especially on the north side. If you have an ice dam, check the interior area of the home or business for water damage. Monitor the situation from time to time.
